Air Steps are some of the key figures in Lindy Hop. After a very great Aerials workshop in 2017 & 2019 we are happy to have Manuel and his longtime knowledge back!

There a going to be 2 classes with different experience. Limited spots!

Wir empfehlen euch zusammen mit einem Partner anzumelden, dem ihr vertraut oder eventuell auch schon getanzt habt. In diesem Workshop wechseln wir die Partner nicht.

Der Lehrer ist sehr erfahren in Air Steps und Sicherheit geht immer vor! 

Swing Dance -Tanzerfahrung: Muss nicht vorhanden sein. Für alle geeignet. 

Kleidung: Tragt am besten ein Shirt mit langen Ärmeln, eine lange Hose (ohne Gürtel) und rutschfeste Schuhe.

We recommend to bring a partner you trust and who preferably you have danced with before in order to book into this workshop. This is a workshop where we do not rotate partners so we ask that you find someone you feel comfortable with and book together.

The teacher has a lot of experience with air steps and safety always first! 

​Swing Dance Experience: Not needed. Appropriate for everyone.

Clothes: Best to wear is a shirt with sleeves, long trousers (without belt) and non-slippery shoes.

ABOUT THE TEACHER: MANUEL IGNACIO BICAIN GORAL

Manuel first started dancing Lindy Hop & AERIALS  in 2003 and has been teaching it both since 2008, shortly after his first visit to Herrang Dance Camp.

He is a Buenos Aires based teacher, where he founded his own school, BA Swing City, along with Mariel Gastiarena and Juan Villafañe, back in 2014. Besides being a full-time Lindy Hopper, he has a long experience teaching karate in his own Dojo, for longer than 20 years, and also has a background in acrobatics and contact improvisation. He is a very technical and precise teacher, being this one of his specialties, as well as his aerials technique.

Although he is an international teacher and travels around the world, he is focused on making the local scene in Buenos Aires grow, and organizing and promoting swing dance events there.
